Integration of Community Oriented Recovery and Empowerment (CORE) Servicess
The New York State Department of Health (DOH), Office of Mental Health (OMH) and Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS) finalized the integration of behavioral health (BH) services into the Medicaid Advantage Plus (MAP) product line benefit package, effective January 1, 2023. As a result, Elderplan Plus Long-Term Care (HMO D-SNP) now covers behavioral health (mental health and addiction) services/benefits for eligible members.
